Interactive Climate Time Machine
climate change, earth observation, geovisualization June 12th, 2009NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab created an interactive climate time machine that allows you to go back and forth through time to see the impact of global warming. The map-based interface gives you different timelines for ice melt, CO2 emissions, average global temperature, and sea level rise. The sea level rise view (pictured above) let’s you view the effects on Southeast United States, the Amazon Delta, Northern Europe and Southeast Asia.
