Researchers at The Earth Institute have just released a study that looks at how the warming climate causes impacts on physical and biological systems. A large team of researchers looked at data from published papers on 829 physical systems and 28,800 plant and animal systems dating back to 1970. This data was correlated to temperature, and the conclusion backs up the findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which stated that manmade climate warming has discernable effects on the biological and physical systems of our planet.

The findings appear in the current issue of Nature. You can also read details at the Earth Institute press room.
