Digital History of the United States of America

The Digital History of the United States of America was created by the College of Education at the University of Houston. This site is probably one of the best site I have come across in terms of its wealth of information, layout and the rich use of graphics and maps - including an excellent timeline map, in addition to hundreds of maps. The content here is amazing, it is so informative.

An online text book is included. Sections include primary sources, ethnic voices, teachers resources, active learning, multimedia and many more.
